Service Description

This 50-minute session will cover a variety of skills and approaches designed to help your team improve its 3v3 or 5v5 play. This includes team offense and team defense philosophy, shooting, passing, and approaches specific to the team game. Gain self-confidence and team trust before you step on the court. Sessions are tailored to the level of your team. Whether you are just starting out or are an experienced team looking to gain an edge, this session is for you.
